David Begin

David built and managed one of Colorado’s most successful express car wash chains after an earlier career in enterprise software sales and training. After selling his car wash business, he remained deeply active in the car wash industry, working directly with owners, investors, and operators. 

He founded CarwashOS to help car wash investors and operators achieve strong, repeatable performance while avoiding the costly operational pitfalls he has seen throughout the industry. 

David has served as President of both regional and international car wash associations and is a respected industry expert and speaker.

Michael Griggs

Michael Griggs brings hands-on car wash operations leadership built through multiple entrepreneurial ventures. He began in the industry with a windshield repair business and later served as an operations manager for one of Colorado’s top express car wash chains, where he drove year-over-year growth by improving processes, profitability, and team performance. 

Michael also built and led nationwide teams in the RV and fleet washing space, overseeing wash operations, service delivery, and sales. 

At CarwashOS, Michael helps clients implement proven operating systems, strengthen teams, and improve execution across their car wash businesses.

Matt Brunk

Matt is an accomplished professional in the car wash industry, with extensive experience building, scaling, and managing operations for multi-site car wash companies. This includes supervision of equipment and control systems. Matt recently helped build, scale, and manage a 16-site car wash company across the United States and Canada. His focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction helped establish a strong brand presence in a competitive market.

Recognizing the importance of a skilled team, Matt implements comprehensive training programs to empower employees and create a positive workplace culture. This commitment ensures that the staff is well-equipped to deliver exceptional service and meet the needs of a growing customer base.

Matt has over 20 years of operations and human resource management experience in various businesses. He earned an M.S. in Business Management from Colorado State University. He is highly experienced in human resource development, process improvement, operations management, and equipment installation and management. He enjoys developing and managing teams and teaching others to do the same.

Sarah Nardoni

Sarah Nardoni joined CarwashOS in 2025 after spending 10 years coaching Division I track and cross country at Utah State University.


Throughout her coaching career, Sarah focused on developing people—building resilient teams, creating accountability systems, and helping individuals perform at their highest level. She believes that great businesses, like great teams, thrive on strong culture, clear systems, and consistent leadership.

At CarwashOS, Sarah brings that same performance-driven mindset to her work as an executive assistant, managing behind-the-scenes operations, creating content, and supporting car wash operators in strengthening their teams, improving operational consistency, and building businesses designed to win long term.

Stephanie Myland

Stephanie Myland is an accomplished operations and administrative professional with over 15 years of experience elevating organizational efficiency and delivering exceptional client service across real estate, hospitality, travel, and corporate environments.

Stephanie is highly proficient in many software systems, including Microsoft applications, CRM programs, financial and reporting processes, and managing multiple client accounts and vendor relationships simultaneously.

With expertise in workflow optimization, client account management, vendor coordination, and high‑volume administrative oversight, she brings structure, clarity, and strong communication to fast‑moving teams. Stehpanie’s customer service management skills are backed by Forbes Five‑Star service training and a talent for building lasting business and client relationships.
