David Begin

David built and managed one of Colorado’s most successful express car wash chains after an earlier career in enterprise software sales and training. After selling his car wash business, he remained deeply active in the car wash industry, working directly with owners, investors, and operators. 

He founded CarwashOS to help car wash investors and operators achieve strong, repeatable performance while avoiding the costly operational pitfalls he has seen throughout the industry. 

David has served as President of both regional and international car wash associations and is a respected industry expert and speaker.

Michael Griggs

Michael Griggs brings hands-on car wash operations leadership built through multiple entrepreneurial ventures. He began in the industry with a windshield repair business and later served as an operations manager for one of Colorado’s top express car wash chains, where he drove year-over-year growth by improving processes, profitability, and team performance. 

Michael also built and led nationwide teams in the RV and fleet washing space, overseeing wash operations, service delivery, and sales. 

At CarwashOS, Michael helps clients implement proven operating systems, strengthen teams, and improve execution across their car wash businesses.

Sarah Nardoni

Sarah Nardoni joined CarwashOS in 2025 after spending 10 years coaching Division I track and cross country at Utah State University.


Throughout her coaching career, Sarah focused on developing people—building resilient teams, creating accountability systems, and helping individuals perform at their highest level. She believes that great businesses, like great teams, thrive on strong culture, clear systems, and consistent leadership.

At CarwashOS, Sarah brings that same performance-driven mindset to her work as an executive assistant, managing behind-the-scenes operations, creating content, and supporting car wash operators in strengthening their teams, improving operational consistency, and building businesses designed to win long term.
